So i found a great T-Top Headliner from a local guy off craigslist..for ONLY $75!!! proud of myself for that..lol..buuuuuut now im having power option issues.

My dome light, rear hatch release switch, and power locks arent working now. Im sure my power windows dont work either, but havent tried it. Its been raining on and off all day so i havent really attempted to let them down. But i will give it a shot in a minute when i get back to the car.

So anyways, all i can think of that i may have done, is blow a couple fuses. I had to pull the dome light housing off to install the headliner of course. When i did, i pulled out the dome light itself. So maybe i blew some fuses, or a single fuse even?

Only other idea is that i either pinched or knocked some wires loose. But that wouldnt explain why the power doors arent working. So im thinking fuse.

has this happened to anyone else? Sorry if it sounds dumb..lol..im just not a genius when it comes to electronics. Figured i would ask here first before i went to town on my fuses.

If it makes a difference..(which i dont think it will) My car is a 92 RS, 305 Automatic. Thanks in advance for any tips and advice.

Chris

Did you even check your fuses before you posted, sounds like a fuse?

My thoughts exactly. You might have touched a wire in the process and popped a fuse.

Well guys..lol..i know it sounds like a super simple fix, and im sure it is. I DID check my fuse box...and well...the fuse port thats labeled "PWR ACCS" is empty anyways..lol I myself thought the same thing when these power options stopped working. Im just not exactly comfortable with electronics, so i thought it couldnt hurt to post it up and see what people had to say..lol..thats what a technical help forum is all about right?..lol

Anyways...ill just start pulling fuses untill i find one thats blown.
