i have a 91 camaro rs v8 305TBI and i just replaced the heater core and i disconnected the battery and lowered the steering column, i also had to removed the dash well i got everything back together and now she wont start? i turn the key and nothing but when i turn the key it kills my fan any ideas?

The fan turning off when you try to crank is consistent with a bad connection early in the power supply, even tho you suspect you disconnected something when you did the core job.
Remove cables from the starter, wire brush them so they look as shiny as they did in 1991, wire brush the area on the starter, reconnect them and see if it cranks.

and the ones that need headlights for a little rain
