Wiring new fan circuit....question

I'm needing to wire in a dakota fan controller and having attempted to use the stock wiring, have decided to just start from scratch rather than deal with previous owners butcherings to it.

What I'm wondering is what gauge of wire and fuse rating should I use for the + fused link connection? What does the stock setup use? Also, what would people advise for the other signal wires used in the fan relays?

Many thanks.

Re: Wiring new fan circuit....question

I dont know about stock, by my aftermarket fan controller uses 20 amp fuses for each fan and 14 gauge for all the power wires.

Thanks for that Travis. I'll pop out to autozone and pick up some wire and a couple of blade fuse holders.
