So since i bought my 3rd gen a few months ago, it runs good, besides the motor giving out, no big deal ill replace it right? well the thing is... the wiring in the car is a joke, cut / spliced/ ripped / chewed on you name it the wiring in the car has had it done. and well since i bought it the dash lights wouldn't come on. well i was installing my new stereo / amp / sups / etc and i had 3 extra wires after it was all hooked up... ? right i know why r they there? and well none of them were the same color ... i twisted 2 of them together ... and nothing... tryed 2 more ways and the last time BAM my ****ing dash lights came on, the orange lights have never been so damn pretty, i was yelling in excitement so loud woke up the neighbors at 2 am lmao. i love my car.

 

I pretty much did the same thing this morning because for some reason alot of my electric components (horn, radio, locks, etc.) wouldnt work for the past four months. Then after reading a manual diagram from another thread I went outside at 11:00 am replaced that fuse and everything worked. My car is in the driveway so I was outside screaming and dancing and then realized that some of my neighbors were staring out their windows at me. At that point I lock my doors and quickly run inside. Then an hour later my mom comes outside (keep in mind Im only 16) and I show her how I fixed it and she starts doing the same thing.
