TPS trouble
I just swapped out my broken throttle body with one from a old caprice and it matches up perfectly.... except for the throttle positioning sensor
.
the one that was on my 88bird was a straight 3 wire plug with the spring thinggy to move the sensor... the new one is a round 3 prong plug with a plastic sensor that moves with the throttle.. I know there is a way to keep the new one in there because its the same motor (pritty much [my bird 305ci the caprice 350]) so that wouldnt have any affect. but I just need to know what order the plugs go in.
also this is a little off topic in this section but I was wondering if there is really bigger injectors in a 350 compared to a 305.
thanks

Re: TPS trouble
Yep, 350 engine injectors spray lots more gas and will drown your 305. Just swap in your old ones, they fit exactly the same. Not sure if the pressure regulator needs to set lower, but I'm pretty sure somebody that knows will tell you
