There's a spring loaded button on the side of the switch.

Push that in and you can pull the **** out.

That should give you access to a nut that holds it on the dash.

Happy Racing!

How bout those too scared to drive without headlights in the daytime and the ones that need headlights for a little rain

You can get to it either by removing the panel under the dash right above your knees or by removing the gauge cluster. As long as the shaft is out and the plastic nut that holds it against the dash are out, you can unplug the switch and get it out. Repeat steps in reverse to replace.

I dont have any information that would help but I replaced the headlight switch in mine and it caused all of the same problems you have.

Re: helppp me woth headlights

Sounds like there is a problem that fried your original switch and now it's doing in the new one. Have you upgraded your headlights at all? Any lights acting up before your first switch went out?? Maybe bad grounds? I really have no idea, but there are lots of electrically knowledgeable folks on here that do
