hey guys new to this whole thirdgen thing. Where to start...bought a 88 GTA Digital Dash 41000 miles 3rd owner. Sat for about 7 years on the side of the original rich *** lawyers house and the old guy i bought it from dumped 4000 into it to get it semi back to life. One issue im having is the digital dash isnt displaying the temp of the car which kinda freaks me out after driving for long periods of time. The Cassette Player just displays LAC and wont play anything...The antenna is also removed not sure if it was one of the electronic ones. My fuse box has a 10 packard fuse slot clipped onto the end of the fuse box not sure if thats factory but there was a 15 fuse inserted in there when i got the car. A/Cs unplugged and accumulator is removed. One of the connectors is melted by the connecting part and whenever i plug the wire into the relay in on the passenger side dash the blower motor kinda just keeps whirring away. Theres also a yellow chip box i think for the A/C hanging down from the pass side dash wasnt really sure where it screwed back on. Theres a connector with a 10 fuse same deal as the packard i think taped to under the seat goes with the seat when its removed not sure if thats stock. Lastly my alternator has a resister sticking out of the connector im not sure if this is for the VATS system override or normal.
