headlights wont go up when turned on. i manually turn them up headlights on and turn off headlights and they go down. where do i start ??

I had a problem like this with my driver's side headlight, I replace the relay, boom, two working headlights...

Looking at the diagram the common component is the headlight switch. Verify the 12v from the switch to the two relays that control the motors for each side. The third relay is an isolation relay but only affects the headlights going down.
