What is this?
I bought an 89 camaro about 3 months ago and have been fighting with it to get it running and fixing the mistakes the guy before me made. As Im digging around under the dash fixing all the splices and useless connections he made, I found this just hanging and I have no clue where it goes. Maybe you guys can shed some light on it? Sorry about the blurry picture! Thanks in advance!

Looks like where the flasher connects for the turn signals, or where the buzzer connected for the seat belt buzzer. What are the wire colors? Wire schematics are here: http://www.austinthirdgen.org/index.php?pid=19
