I am having problems identifying this componenet. Both my Workshop Manual and Haynes automotive repair manual do not give clear discriptions only block diagrams and since the car is right hand drive the wiring is suspect. As you can see from the photo's there is no lable and there seem to be two adjusting screws with arrows pointing to what my have had been on the label inside the casing.

There is an aluminim case control unit which seems to be connected to the stereo head unit connector and a black plastic control modual for the cruise(I think) both bolted to the passenger side under the map pocket.

Any help on what it is and does would be much appreciated. Thanks.
