What is this for?
Any idea what this for (power windows, locks, etc...)?

It's a power "junction block" The fusebox should feed one side with an Orange ( Hot at all times ) wire and the other side with a PINK ( Hot in RUN ) wire. Most other accessories on 82-86-7? cars were then plugged into this junction block to get power. Stuff like power locks and seats were fed into the hot at all times side and other options like power mirrors / Power windows were fed into the hot in run side.
