Recently found the conversion bracket and have installed the big CS144 off of a 96 caprice (140 amp). I am going to change motors next year and want to know if a tall valve cover (GMPP) will work (clear) with the larger alternator. I noticed that it sets back further since it is larger and I plan on using roller rockers with a stud girdle requiring a tall valve cover. If anyone wants the conversion bracket there is a guy on ebay that is selling them. just type in serpentine bracket and you will find it. He supplies the bolts and rear support rod also making it complete. Thanks in advance.
