H3 silverstar fog bulbs and no difference?

Engine: V6 2.8 multi-port and V8 5.0 FI
Transmission: 5-Speed and Automatic
Axle/Gears: no idea
H3 silverstar fog bulbs and no difference?
I have a KITT trans am, I recently upgraded all my fog bulbs 6 total. and both headlights to silverstar brighter whiter bulbs. and H3 brighter whiter fog bulbs.
the 2 sets of aftermarket fog bulbs and headlights look much whiter and brighter
however the after market set connected to the "stock" fog light wiring is still showing up yellowish or stock color after installing the H3 bulbs.
is there a way I can fix this without just simply buying a new relay and re-wiring the fog lights to seperate circuit?
