Fuel Pump Wire Harness Continuity Test?

In the middle of replacing the fuel pump, and were wondering if we should reuse the fuel pump wiring harness? Tested the continuity of both harnesses, and came out with a constant reading of .3 on the ohm setting 200.

First pic is of the harness coming off the fuel pump, and fuel level sender.

Second pic is of the tank harness that leads/connects to the body harness.

Use the lowest resistance setting on your meter for testing how good a connection is. .3 ohms is fine though. If the connector is brittle and cracking, replace it, otherwise rock it
