hi i have a 1992 camaro rs with the 700r4 auto and an chevy '85 s10 350 swap recently my windows and speedo randomly wouldn't work,as far as i can tell all the wires look fine for both and all fuses are good,was wondering if any one has had this problem with the electric speedo,and also is there was a stock replace meant for the electric speedo so it turns into a mechanical?..all comments are welcome unless you are going to comment about the box that converts electric vss to mechanical speedo..thanks

 

there is no "stock replacement" to get a mechanical speedo in a 90+ camaro dash. the ony way to get a mech speedo in your dash is to get an aftermarket one and fab a way for it to sit in there.
