My 1991 Formula had the stock stereo plug cut out of it. I got a new plug from the junk yard, however I would like to be able to just put new pins on the harness instead of soldering a bunch of short wires together. However, I am not sure what the pins are called or even where I can buy them.

I dont know if these are what you are looking for but maybee this will help. Dont buy anything from here they are expensive and only sell large quantities, but I use this site to identify connectors and then source them locally.

Depin and ID a few terminals from your JY connector then order them from mouser. QTY 10,000 or QTY 2, they serve you the same
