fuel pump
hey i think my fuel pump is hot wired
i have a 91 fbird 3.1l v6 auto
it looks like the pump is wired directly into the fuse block
i failed emissons for high hcc pm could this cause it?

no, the fuel pump being hot wired makes no difference on emissions.
