Fuse problem? Bad ground? I'm elfin confused
So last night I'm over a friends house hanging out. His father bought us a 30 rack and we were gonna go over a friends house to drink. I go to throw the Bud heavies in the hatch and I notice that the motor didn't make any noise. I said to myself alright I think a blew another fuse. This has happened before so I grab my 20 amp fuse and throw it in there... nothing. The interior lights and the console light are also out as well.
I don't know what to do. I tried fixing the problem the same way last time and it didn't work. I ended up using a friggen shoelace to tie it down from the hatch to the ttop bag hook things. The hatch bounced up and down like armstrong on the moon. It really pissed me off I didn't have a good night last night.
I wake up this morning to give it another try. Literally the first thing I did, I opened my eyes and I pretty much woke up outside. I noticed when I tried putting it in it sparked a little and I could hear the motor in the hatch trying to work. I don't know if its a bad ground or something. I think the culprit to the problem is my cigarette lighter but I'm not too sure.
Any ideas of what's going on or how I could solve this with process of elimination? And please be specific with me. I'm not mechanically inclined but god dammit I want this fixed lol

You need to find out what is blowing that fuse.
Disconnect the items powered VIA that fuse.
The ACC fuse passes power to the BATT terminals, BOSE amp relay, Horn relay, Underhood light, Hatch release relay, Dome light, Map lights, Lighter, Outside mirror switch and Door lock switches.
Disconnect the lighter and hatch motor first as they are the most likely suspects.
