Installed new Ignition Cylinder Lock? Now Crank No Start?

Axle/Gears: 3.27
Installed new Ignition Cylinder Lock? Now Crank No Start?
1989 Iroc-Z28 305 TPI
I replaced my key ignition cylinder lock because my old got jammed up and became stuck in the start/run position.
I have since replaced that with a new one with a new blank key.
Now Crank No Start? I already had a Prom for the ECM that disabled the VATS...
What could it be? I have a **** ton of spark, I have compression, I'm getting fuel to the fuel rail... But it just isn't starting?
I know this is bad but, the car won't even start with Ether or Starting Fluid, it doesn't even sound like it wants to start.... when normally it DOES AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT A BEAT.
Please Help?

Means little ; are you getting fuel into the cylinders?

Are the plugs wet with fuel ? If so, then it is a spark problem.
If plugs aren't wet ; then a fuel supply problem.
You say you have spark , but if you did the starting fluid would at least kick ,bang , pop, backfire or run.
Still looking like a no /low spark problem
