My attempt at a speedo repair... No buffer box, ecm, or vss.
I currently have a 1992 RS that has an inop speedo because of no ecm and a mechanical drive T-5. All the factory wires have pretty much been removed so I will be winging it. I called Dakota Digital and they told me that that the SGI-5 and the SEN-01-1 wil work for me. I searched and couldnt find where anyone has done this so I hope it will help some along the lines. I just got these 2 pieces in and hope in the next few weeks I can take some pics and update the thread. I orginally wanted to swap in my dash from my 1985 Z28 and have everything function like factory but this will be the quicker route at the moment.
