I have a 1988 Camaro z28. It has a chevy 350 carbureted. It has the stock big GM hei distributor with the enternal coil. While also upgrading the electrical system I would like to convert the stock hei coil to take the MSD blaster 3 external coil. here are the things I have purchased.

2. MSD EXTREME HEI EXTERNAL COIL ADAPTER-http://www.speedwaymotors.com/msd-extreme-hei-external-coil-adapter,9602.html
3. MSD 18" 8.5mm red male coil wire
4. AC Delco R45TS (8) spark plugs
5. MSD Ignition 8214 0.8 ohm Ballast Resistor
6. And finally the coil: MSD Blaster 3 with mounting bracket
7. MSD 8.5mm red spark plug wires

Now I have a few questions. Am i missing ANYTHING here at all to complete this experiment?
Do I NEED a new electronic module?
Is there a wiring diagram to help me wire the Ballast resistor and coil?
