radio shows "Loc"

Hey guys my power ant wasnt working properly in my 89 GTA and was constantly running/draining so i disconnected the relay located behind the pouch/glove panel. the radio used to work even after disconnecting this relay, but now the radio says Loc and when I flip my lights on (which dont flip up anyway) the Loc goes away and I dont get anything. the fuses are all good...any ideas?

"Mute" button on the steering wheel will unlock the radio.
