If you want to go the OEM way give me a second and I'll pull the part numbers for you. I don't see a part number for the guides by themselves for the 1st or 2nd design. From the pics you provided that looks like the first design according to the cd. Looks like if you order them OEM you might have to buy the complete unit if it's still offered.
I use the TDS ones they worked great. Also check your housing. This would be a perfect time to replace it if it has cracks in the plastic.
