is there a difference from 87 fuse block and 91?

Car: 88 Chevy G20 Wagon Wheel Conv Van
Engine: 91 camaro z28 305 tpi 77k miles
Transmission: TH400
is there a difference from 87 fuse block and 91?

pretty much what the title says. it bolts/plugs to the harness, but is there a difference in fuses or layout? so a 91 harness, 87 camaro fuse block??
