i purchased my car and it had a beat up gt grant steering wheel. there was no horn on the car. i just purchased a new gt grant chalolenger wheel. while removing the old horn i figured out that the activate the horn you have to ground out one of four tabs on the column. i am having trouble making contact between one of those tabs and the copper component of the gt grant installatuion kit. also there is a little while plastic tube that leades off one of the tabs. i was thining that was the factory way of getting a ground wire on a tab. i am just tiered of guessing can anyone help me out please
