i drive a 1990 rs camaro and my blinkers go really fast iv got a new flasher and no bulbs are blown. idk what else could be wrong. the last flasher i got. the auto part store worker told me it was a horn relay but would do the same thing every time i plug it in my horn goes for a second and blinkers still go fast
