No Hazards/brake lights
Hi i have a 89 camaro with the 2.8 in it and im having the problem with my brake light not lighting up when i press the pedal. I have changed the brake light switch and for the hell of it the tail light bulds and still nothing ... I have searched the forum on here but haven't fully understand the problem .... the fuses are also fine

Re: No Hazards/brake lights
Start at the switch on the pedal and see if you have power coming to it. It should always be hot whether the key is on or off. The orange wire should have +12V on it. It is fused by the 20A STOP HAZ fuse. If you have power there, then try injecting 12V into the light blue wire which runs to the brake lights. If that works, then the switch is bad.
EDIT: Actually start with the STOP HAZ fuse to make sure that's not the problem.
