Re: computer upgrade

I understand that with a conversion harness a 92 computer will solve my issues. Any idea where to get one??

There are some things done that I WILL NOT TELL as I get paid to do these things.

a good crew chief don't devuldge his secrets. I do not care if you do not believe me as I have no reason to lie.

So yeah... what your after is easily achievable. I'd sell you the "secret" but you won't be able to afford it.

ebl flash

http://www.crossfireinjection.net/catalog.htm

http://www.dynamicefi.com/EBL_Flash.php

* Crossfire Corvette:

For the EBL Flash ECM to work in a Crossfire car some additional changes are required. This is due to the type of connectors each ECM uses. The Crossfire ECMs use an edge card connector, while the EBL ECMs use the pin style connector.

Basically there are three options:

1) Replace the EFI harness with one from a TBI car/truck with the proper connectors.

2) Cut off the current ECM harness connectors and splice on the pin style connectors.

3) Have a HAM board installed into the EBL ECM. See DCS at http://www.crossfireinjection.net for the HAM board & install.

http://www.crossfireinjection.net/catalog.htm

HAM Board

Item Name: HAM Board (IN STOCK)
Item Price: $130.95
Item SKU: DCS00013

Shipping USPS Flat Rate: $12.50

IN STOCK
Product Description Convert the GM 127747 or 1228746 TBI ECM to be plug and play compatible with the existing stock CFI harness connection. No need to splice your stock ECM wire harness. Just install the HAM module into the new ECM, plug it in and you are ready for laptop tuning. NOTE: Unsoldering and re-soldering procedures are required to the ECM board for installation, additional hardware and software may be required.
