Front Right Blinker Fail
So this is weird, my front right blinker does not work? Any clue as to how or why? When I put the headlights or parking lights on, the side marker light and front signal light stay lite. When I put the blinker on for the right side, just the rear signal light blinks. The left blinker works fine. My question is, does anyone think it's a bad ground?
Here's a few other things...
When I put the blinker on to the right, the right arrow on the dash does not even light up. Also, if I pull the blub out of the right front signal, the side marker light goes out??? It's as if the power to the side marker is controlled by the front right blinker. The blubs are new, the relay for the signal lights is new, the relay for the hazard lights is good, what on earth could it be?
Thank you

Re: Front Right Blinker Fail
Well if anyone cares, I ended up checking the power to the actual bulb socket. I first put the left blinker (good side) on. I pulled the signal bulb out and checked the contacts. I then put the right blinker on and pulled the bulb out. I checked the contacts to see if power was getting to it. I realized the contacts on the right bulb might be causing a short. So I cut the actual right turn signal off. As soon as I did that, the right side marker light came on, and when I put the right blinker on, the right dash arrow was now lit. I went to Pep boys and bought a turn signal socket, hooked it up and bingo. My right front turn signal works.
