Hello I have a 1985 Trans am with delay windshield wipers. I have replaced my wiper switch, multifunctional lever, turn signal switch, wiper motor, and checked all fuses. I am experiencing the problem that when I turn on my wipers they only make a humming sound and will not move. But if I turn the wipers on high they will move. Any suggestions on what is the problem would be at the highest level of appreciation because I have been fooling around with this wiper problem for ever now!!! Also I am thinking its the pulse board but I don't know. I have replaced the pulse board with a used one out of a junk yard. It was not tested because the guy (Franks Pontiac parts) said there is no way to test them. So the pulse board could still be bad. They no longer make this pulse board at all!!!
