What are these for?
With our motor swap, and the new computer, we have to find a place for a fuse box. Can anyone tell us:
1: What are these things, and their purpose(s)?
2: Are they necessary with a new wiring harness?
We know that the main wiring harness is under the three other things. What we want to know is what the three other things are? Are they relays? Sensors?
We are putting in a 4.3L motor with harness and computer from a 2000 S-10.
This is an '88 Camaro and we did not have a motor and transmission when we bought it. Any help appreciated. Thanks

the two on the left are relays; prob radiator fan and fuel pump

On my 89 bird the ESC (elect spark control) is mounted there, about 2.5" sq, flat, w/four prongs.

Looks like Fuel pump relay, MAF power relay, MAF Burn-off Relay. thats how its set in my car. The ESC goes underneath them.

The short answer is yes you need them and the relays depends on the options the car has and what is in it. In my LS swap 2 are for the fans and one for the fuel pump
