What's the relay on the passenger side near the firewall?
I have a 92 RS, with the stock 5.0L 305 TBI.
What's the relay on the passenger side near the firewall? Mine is just hanging loose, attached to a black piece of lightweight metal that looks like it could screw onto somewhere near the passenger side firewall. The relay has 4 wires coming from it, but there is a hole in the plastic on the connector at the B terminal. It doesn't look like there was ever any wire there though.
The two on the driver side are the cooling fan relay and fuel pump relay, right? I took my car to a shop and they kept insisting the passenger side one was the fuel pump relay, but I'm pretty sure they're wrong.
Also I only have one cooling fan for my radiator.. so it's not another cooling fan relay.

its not for the fuel pump. Ive seen realys once in awhile on the H-VAC wiring on newer AC cars. My 89 had one till I swaped it out for a Non AC wiring set up

I'm thinking it's the relay for the blower for the high speed. Lower speeds run through a resistor setup. Have someone turn the blower on high and see if you can feel/hear the relay pull in.
