Mallory or HEI?

Axle/Gears: Borg & Warner 9 bolt 3.70 gears
Mallory or HEI?
I recently picked up a Mallory Dual point Dizzy with the conversion kit and was wondering what do you all think about swapping it for my HEI that I currently have installed? The HEI I have is hooked up to my MSD 6AL box and the coil in the cap is an MSD Street Fire coil. I heard that its better to get the cap to make the HEI coil an external coil, but with me getting this Mallory I was just wondering if it would benefit in any way of just swapping out the HEI for it.
