Headlight Help!

I boguht the black "projector" headlights off of ebay. Everyone says they're **** but i like them and I know people have had them hooked up without an issue. I plugged in the stock headlight plug into the headlights and rewired the brights with the adapter i was given and after about 5 minutes of driving the headlights started smoking and my lights started turning on and off. Any idea whats going on?

Re: Headlight Help!

Sounds like either your lights overheated and burned up, or they burned through the insulation on the ground wire.
