Pulsing lights

Just curious if yall have ever run into this and know of a solution. My guess is a problem in the Alternator? All lights work fine engine off. Start engine and all the lights pulse. Not a huge pulse but very noticeable at night. Pulses about two or three times per second.

Thanks.

Re: Pulsing lights

I've noticed my 89 doing the same thing until I turn on my fog light switch and then it stops. Could be the alternator, maybe the regulator inside the alternator going a little bad? Something I need to troubleshoot as well.

Looks like this base has been covered before. Looks like a whole lot of ground checking ect.
