Switch on intake fuel pump
Does anyone know how I can put a simple switch on my in tank fuel pump. I want to wire in a switch to my fuel pump so I can turn it on and off for security reasons when I take my car to work.. What wire would I tap in to (color)... and I want to put the switch in my interior somewhere...

Connect the switch in line with the gray wire located in front of the fuel tank.
You can also access the wire in the car at the left rear behind the seat.

Re: Switch on intake fuel pump
That's main power from the relay to pump. I would not put a switch inline
I'd tap into the 12v or grd leg of the pump relay instead. Find a pinout of your ECM, it's a dk grn/wht wire for 12v. Grd is the blk/wht wire off the relay
