Low power to fuel pump relay. I have tested the orange wire at the fuel pump relay and got 1.5 volts, I have tested the fuse at the fuel pump relay/ecm power and got no volt-edge out of one side. I have tested the fuel pump, and I have put 12 volts to it and got fuel shooting out of the shradder valve. I have spark, crank but no start. I'm thinking it's the ecm. I've checked all fuses and got a new fuel pump relay and new-ish distributor and have checked all wiring. I'm running out of options. I'm looking for help.

 

You should have +12 on the orange wire at the relay. Its to be hot at all times. That same fuse supplies +12v to the ecm well. Does your check engine light come on in 'run' ?
Might be a simple' circuit issue, like the fuse holder being bad.

 

I will check engine light asap i have the same issue in the fuse by the passenger headlight except i get low voltage out of one side instead of none. I will probably replace both fuse holder now you say that just to rule it out.

 

Also none of the voltages match. They are all different. The only match is in the same Orange at the oil pressure and the fuel pump relay.
