I have a 91 rs swapped to v8, new fuel pump,filter,plugs,wires,cap and rotor. Just bypassed my vats which I believe is in the vent hole by your left foot. But fuel pump isn't turning on. I turn the key and it sounds like it's sucking air. I've put some gas down the Carb to make sure injectors are working. Now it's just the pump. I've used test light and have power to the purple wire but not the tan or black....what now?
