Fog lights not working

Engine: L98(5.7 L TPI)
Transmission: 700r4(A4)
Axle/Gears: G80 RPO, 3:23s, Auburn Racer's Diff
Fog lights not working
The fog lights are not working on my 1991 GTA. Since both bulbs aren't working, I suspect there is an electrical issue. Is there something (i.e. a relay) I should check?
P.S. My ACC fuse I blown (another issue I'm working). Are the fog lights powered by the ACC fuse?
