Not sure if these are [BATT] or [ING] ports?

Car: 91' TRANS AM Modified
Engine: Classified
Transmission: Auto with Overdrive
Not sure if these are [BATT] or [ING] ports?

I was looking over my manual, and would like to know if if these two open ports are a direct terminal to the batter or ignition?...they are next to the V.A.T.S. fuse.

Most likely, they are. Get a volt meter or a test light and confirm.
