cyberdyne 4065 instructions

Does anyone have these? I have mine installed but the white wire has to go to the vSS (I get a signal when manually giving it a pulse signal) but my VSS doesn't work. I have this 3 wire VSS that came with it (isntalls by cutting drive cable sleeve and sliding it voer with the drive cable passing through). Anyway, it has a connector but 6 wires on the other end where there are 3 pairs (yellow and green use same pin, black and white and blue and red) I don't know what wire is what. I think the green/yellow ones are signal, red/blue are power and black/white are ground. IF I can't make this work I might as well get a GPS sender for it. I think it uses a 4K PPM signal. I've also thought about getting a trans am buffer box and using it's vss, then using a 4K input to the box, 4K output to the gauge and the trans ams 2K cruise output for both my cruise and ECM (MAF ECM uses 2K)

If someone has the instructions that would be awesome... or some insight in how they did it.

Have you looked up the Nordskog gauge panel? They are basically the same panel, use the same part#.Maybe those instructions are available.

Re: cyberdyne 4065 instructions

they are different, they use a vss wire from the cluster to the stock vss signals, this is because they don't use a mech speedo cable and eliminate the optical sender and stock buffer box. I have the model with the mech part of the speedo (and odo), it has a white wire for the vss input to the gauge. Anyone know how many PPM they are? I think 4K. Might just get a 4K dual head VSS (mechanical and eletronic model from a cop car)

Anyone know if the dash needs 8k ppm speedo signal? Looks like 2k vss feed off buffer box only gives 1/4 speed reading
