Vats problem, lost keys, grounded starter relay, cant get injectors to pulse
I have a 1990 Camaro RS with a V8 305 TBI and I lost my keys several months ago. I went to the dealer but was no help because their database doesn't reach passed 92. However after reading several threads on here and many other place and also purchasing a "fuel enable bypass kit" from baker electronix I still can't seem to get my vehicle to start. I have the started relay grounded so I can get my car to crank, and fire for a split second with starter fluid, but only cranking without the fluid. It's obvious my problem is in the fuel enable relay or circuit 229, but even using both the 30hz and 50hz frequencies from the bypass module I have had no luck. I have been thinking about having my PROM reprogrammed so vats is deleted out of it but I have no clue who to contact or where to go in order to have that done. If anyone has any ideas or can at least point me in a direction to get me started with this I would much appreciate it.
Also, if it helps, my PCM code is ANTT.

Hi,
I bypassed the vat system in my 97 buick and see no reason why it would not work with others.
There are 15 code values for your year car. See here, post #11 for the values. On my car, I found the yellow wire ( might be the same for other cars) under the steering column. You have to cut that wire and the one going to the ecm is where you will place the resister across the leads.
My car has 8 code values. I bought all the value resisters, very in-expensive, and tried each one until I could start the car. When you find the right one, solder it and tape it well. Keep in mind as time goes by the values of the resisters will drop and in the future you might have to install the same value resister again.
