Does the fog light switch light up? 86 Iroc

I know the rear defroster switch does at night, but what about the fog light switch? Is it supposed to? Mine doesn't. I was looking at it, and it looks like it's just a painted surface. Wasn't sure if there was supposed to be a bulb behind there or not.

IIRC, the earlier models have a three-prong plug (without illumination); later models are four-prong (with illumination). I'm unsure of the year of change, but I'd suggest 88.
