Replacing carbon brushes in blower motor

Hello

I think my carbon brushes are the reason my blower motor doesn't work anymore. I had it out of the car and moved it a bit by hand, then it worked again until I stopped it. Sometimes it would come on again and sometimes I have to move it a bit.

Can I replace the carbon brushes or is this unit not serviceable?

Thanks,
Thomas
