Ok I brokke off a bulb in the front ps signal/park lights and had to pry on! The connector contacts look intact. I do not recall if it worked prior to that to be honest. Anyway I took a pic of it, read some "signal light doesnt blink" posts and didnt resolved. I checked with hazard flashing, the front now blinks but the tail light doesn't. Any suggestions??

Ok I removed frt signal bulb n ensured it was seated correctly and it worked!! Had to do a few times tho!!
