Power only when key is on
My 1985 Trans Am only has Electrical power when the key is on...
The horn, interior lights, power locks, hatch release do not work with key off.
Head lights do work with key off...
Car is all original, no mods have been made...
Any Ideas?

I think you need to seek and destroy the "modifications". I would not ordinarily use such an emotionally neutral word to describe such things; I would more usually call them "sodomy".
