Left turn signal doesnt work and headlight issues

Okay so bear with me cause their's a lot of weird things going on.

Heres the list of whats going wrong with the lights:

Passenger side marker does not come on with parking lights
All bulbs confirmed working

Driver side front marker and side does not come on with hazards. Rear does. Right illuminates both fine.

Left turn signal does not work, right turn signal does.

Headlight switch does not chime when the key isnt in and headlights are on, and the running lights when the headlights are on do not come on, which is really dangerous at night. brake likes work though.

Every bulb listed is in good working order but I just don't understand what the issue could be.

I don't have an interior light, my horn never worked since I got the car, and never knew if the cig lighter worked, the fuse seems to be okay for those, if that's related at all since I heard a lot of functions run on the fuse for those.

FYI: All functions worked prior to a front bumper swap with new headlights which arent all hooked up. Although until I replaced the bulb in passenger front marker, the lights worked fine even though not hooked up the chime would come and rear running lights would be illuminated

You didn’t mention the model and year of the car therefore this diagnosis is generic.

A common mistake is people installing 2-filament bulbs 180° rotated.

Some crazy symptoms have been reported doing that.

However if they are all correct, with all lights turned off, use an ohmmeter to make sure all the bulb sockets with ground wires are making it to ground.

A connection can look good but be corroded underneath.

With the key in RUN, turn signal stalk in the left turn position, use a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) to probe the light blue wire at the turn signal switch.

Is there power there?

If not, replace the switch.

If there is power there, make sure it gets in and out of the connector located near the lower right of the steering column.

Then make sure power gets in and out of the large connector located near the left front of the dash below the relay bracket.

From there it goes to the lamps on the front of the car.

The HEADLIGHTS ARE ON warning not working might be a break in the brown wire from the headlight switch to pin D on the Audio Alarm Assembly which is located in the ‘Convenience Center’, which is to the right of the steering column.

Use a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) to probe the orange wire at the switch.

Is there power there?

If yes probe the
brown wire on the switch when the switch is in the on position.

Is there power there?

Probe both sides of the ACC fuse.

Is there power on both sides?
