Brake lights don't work

Brare lights do not work on my 1986 trans am
Any tips on how to fix?
When I press on the brakes nothing happens

I'd try the fuse, which you probably already checked, or the switch at the brake pedal. My mom had a truck that stuck and didn't work when pedal depressed.

by any chance would you know which fuse or were would the switch be exactly at?

when I had a problem it was the switch on the Hatch,it wasn't making contact. just pull down on it (spring loaded) or shim it a little with a piece of cardboard.
