Weird issue With Speedo not workin'?

Weird issue With Speedo not workin'?
for a week now my 91' has some issues, when ever I start up the car, the radiator fan comes on and stays running but at the same time my speedo is not moving when I drive,nothing moves not even the mileage, it almost acts as if I am running codes, but with no paper clip,what could it be, also the ignition will not switch back into the ACC position, not sure it is time to replace the key ignition or if something might have broken within the ignition column or if a wire has broken off somewhere???
