Part Required - Lever Control..

Hi there, I'm looking to see if anyone can help me find a Lever Control for the heating and cooling temp control. It is part #3054081. I'm looking to pay for the part as well as shipping. Thanks everyone!

it may be...it looks like a metal bracket that connects to the control arm for the hot and cold...wish I had a picture of one...i just have the part #...I'm gonna look for a pic to post as well....are you thinking you may one for me?...or a lead?
